Default fuel filter

How often should the fuel filter be replaced. I have had this truck for 3 years and I have changed the fuel filter 2 times so far. Is this normal?

So to answer your question, you replace the pump when the pump stops doing it's job!

Can't see sig line if you're on the phone. I wonder what the shops replaced? How much did you pay to have it done?
