Don't need to lift more than 600lbs and if you worked at it you could have that motor out in a 1hr.
I would not want to spend 6hrs under the truck changing bearings either not fun.
I was joking about the forklift lifting up the whole truck so I could work under it. My neighbor has super long forks so it should span from frame rail to frame rail! HAHAHA
Seriously...I could have everything disconnected and engine removed that quickly? Has anyone written up a pictorial that shows the steps involved? I know the FSM has instruction but they are pretty vague...IE Remove AC compressor and move aside, remove engine hahaha
It's not that hard at all, and with a few tips it can be almost pain free, biggest headache will be the exhaust flange bolts. I can make you up a diy if you need one just pm me.

Don't do it just for me...I am sure there are lots of people that would like a DIY write-up. Maybe add it to the stickies. Those little tricks and tips are a lifesaver when trying to do work like this. It can mean shaving many hours off the project.
The one tip I do is once the motor is supported by a chain is to not only un-bolt the motor mount bolts to frame mount, but take the extra 5 min to remove the mounts from the block 6 more bolts, this makes doing this job just that much ezer, more wiggle room, ezer to line up the tranny, don't have to lift the motor out at a crazy angle to clear the mounts.

Where do you live? Is it a 5.2 or 5.9? I have a like new 5.9 block sittin on my engine stand. It has new: crankshaft, all bearings, oil pump, piston rings, and wrist pins. It hasnt been assembled yet. I was thinking of boring it out and building it for my truck but my plans have changed. I could have it assembled by my local engine shop and sell it to you very reasonable.
