possibly upgrading

Default possibly upgrading

so i toock the intake manifold off to replace the plenum. while im this far in, im thinking about upgrading some parts easy ones that is. or any other parts i should replace while im in there . looking to replace the manifold and throttle body. some advice and sites where i can get parts would be awsome.

Your replacing the plenum pan/gasket, then buying a new manifold? That's an odd way to do it.
Anyways..Hughes engines has the FI airgap intake which eliminates the plenum problem, its about $600. Another option is the mopar m1 intake, I don't know much about it but I know it's better than stock and less expensive than $600.

As for the TB, you can mod your stock one to be 50mm for pretty cheap. Or buy a 50mm off ebay or something.

And replacing the timing chain set and water pump is easy to do while your in there.

sorry i sorta messed up on that i took it all apart to change the plenum then decided to upgraded while i was there. havent bought the plenum yet. ill do some research on that airgap intake.

Grind of the air horns off the throttle body and bore it out a little.

Save money for something you can't just do yourself
