Dropped a piece on the TB gasket into the intake manifold

Well oil does need changed lol. It was very brittle, a corner of the gasket fell in and I was able to take the other half of the gasket off and put it aside, put everything back together, headed to the parts store tomorrow to get a new gasket .

what engine did the freightliner have? i used to drive one that had a mercedes-benz engine. ****ty on power, but never gave me any problems for the most part lol

I would not take the whole thing apart again for this piece of gasket. It will be fine as others have stated.Odds are, its already gone and not an issue since you have run it already.

LOL.... You could drop the whole gasket down there and not worry about it most likely.
