Default Ac problems 2001 dodge ram 1500 4x4

I have 13 volts going through the ac relay, and 13 volts going through the ac compressor fuse, but only have 5 volts at the compressor.
I have jumped across both ac switches and nothing, system is full of freon.
Can someone help me?
Thanks

Possibly failed field coil that sucks outer clutch plate in to start compressor. Or air gap at clutch could be to wide. should be between .01 and .03 inches. Can check with feeler gauge. Double check both low and high side pressure. Might get more feed back if posted in tech section.

The most common cause is low r134a. And the most common cause of that is a bad evap core. Take it to an AC shop and let them diagnose. Then you can decide if you want to try and fix the problem yourself.
