Default Knocking sound in engine

So, I have had this knocking sound from my engine for quite some time now, it isn't getting louder or anything, I am just a little concerned. I talked to an old time Chrysler mechanic and he claims that's just how the old 318's sound. I kinda looked at him like "really dude?" But after a bit of inspection, it sounds like it is coming from the bottom portion of the engine.

So here are the specs:

1999 Dodge RAM 1500
5.2L 318 V8
4 spd Automatic Transmission
117k Miles

Will provide more information upon request.

if it is a slight "ticking" it is the injectors or at least mine does this and a video might help if it will show up on camera

make a video and post it so we can hear it. i find the new magnum engines over all more noisy than the old ones like in my 81. without really hearing the noise it would be hard to say what it is but i would guess it could be a bad lifter or leaky exhaust manifold gasket. there have been many people that have pulled apart 318 and found bad lifters and bent push rods but you would never had been able to tell by the way it ran.
this was my 81 after an oil change before i put it on the road. it went away with time but i got lucky.

@Crazzywolfie It definitely doesn't sound as bad as the engine in the video you posted, It is lower pitched and goes away after the engine warms up after about a minute of running.

I had this same problem with mine after about 25000 miles, ended up being a factory recal on the bolts for the engine headers... simple fix, just needed to order some new headers W/ bolts
