Default 24 valve cummins

I have owned this truck for about a year I have changed the oil and the fuel filter. The guy i got it from said he changed the lift pump. The truck always started quick no matter what the weather was hot or cold always fired right a way. Now when its up to running temp it seems to roll over alot more before it fires. From what i have read guys have issues when they install the FASS system, that the diaphram gets strecthed. No I don't need fuzzy dice

Could you give any less info on your truck lol?
Whats fuel pressure doing? A fuel pressure gauge is kinda mandatory for the 24v cummins (with stock vp44 anyways)...

Do you have stock lift pump & the vp, or what? Chances are, if you didn't monitor fuel pressure, you let your lift pump die which started to slowly wreck the inj pump. But what do I know?

You could always try a quick & easy P-pump conversion

Note: posting on a cummins forum (or the diesel section of this forum) will yield better results.

The truck needs fuzzy dice, or it will never run right.

The 24 valves have the in-tank fuzzy dice I believe. They're non-serviceable as well, gotta take it to the dealer and have them drop the tank themselves. But, ya you're right that's most likely the cause of his problems.
