I have a 96 1500 318 4wd auto i want to swap in a trans from a 95 360 4wd 2500 ld. Can i use his torque convertor and the trans i need to know how to do this because my trans is toast please help and let me know what i need to do

 

Nope on the Trans, it's hydraulically controlled, yours is electronically controlled, the PCM will be looking for a signal and not be happy. Nope on the converter, the 360 one has weights to balance the motor, and your 318 is internally balanced.

Considered putting everything you want off your '96 on the '95?
