The place your looking for is called Geno's Garage. Here is a link to the CB mount rack that they sell. http://www.genosgarage.com/DODGE-RAM...ctinfo/WD_CB1/
I have had one of these in both my 2000 CTD & now my 2006 Mega Cab CTD. They make a good product and their prices are pretty fair. I am not familuar with the radio you have but the best type I have found that work with this bracket are ones that have a front firing speaker. If yours is a bottom fire one then get a aux speaker and bolt that to the bracket too.

I came up with this when I had my 98. http://dodgeram.org/ki4cy/ramradio/kenr_mt.htm
It worked well and kept everything nice and tidy.

Idk how large yours is, but I mounted my smaller cb with Velcro right beneath the dash bezel to the immediate right of the steering column. Pretty easy access.

mine is a cobra 29, and that mount fits it.

they also offer a 148 mount for the smaller units. or make your own. there's not much to it.

route the antenna under the dash, just above where the clutch pedal would be. there's a rubber plug in the firewall. cut a slit in it, pass the wire through it, then back under the cab to the truck bed. get the long antenna cable, i think it's 18 feet.
