Default dana 60 wheel bearing questions

hey guys. well i have discovered a d60 on my local CL for 150. im going to swap just the front for now. question though. the axle is from a 96, so pressed on rotors. will a wheel bearing from a 2001 bolt to an axle from 96? just wondering because i dont want to deal with having to press my rotors on and off. 200 and up used the slide on rotors.

thanks guys!

dont worry, the axle has 3.55 gears so i dont have to worry about gear changes.

also, i can get a d70 for another 100 from the same guy. well that is if he even still has these axles.....

According to Quad4x4 catalog, they don't interchange, different part numbers.

of course they have different part numbers. 1994-99 i believe are the years have pressed on rotors, meaning that the unit bearing and the rotor become one piece once together. 2000 and up have the slide on rotors, and dont need to be pressed on.

i just need to know if the bolt pattern is the same from 94-2002 on the knuckle where the unit bearing bolts to.
