I don't see the intermediate pipe in the picture, but it says cat back. I just replaced mine with this one http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SUM-685012/, but would not suggest it after the hassle I dealt with to get it to work. I am still not happy with it. If I had it to do all over again, I would go with this Gibson http://www.summitracing.com/parts/GIB-316572/ It looks like summit sells the one you are looking at on ebay. I would strongly suggest getting it from a company like Summit because if you have problems they will stand behind it.

I had it before I installed my AeroTurbine. It is indeed turned down on the end and its barely (I mean BARELY!) louder than stock. Its noticeably louder when you step on it, but driving and stuff, it just wasn't that loud. But when you ran the hell out of it, it had a nice tone. The turndown will exaggerate the sound level some.
