A clicking noise is probably the U-joint and a squeaking noise is probably the bearings. To check ir its the bearing jack up the wheel thats doing it and if it wiggles back and forth you need to replace your bearing so you don't have a bad day like me!

Wiggling back and forth checks the tie-rods ends too, if it moves alot to the right and left its probably tie-rods. I guess you could check it up and town. I would just get a pry bar and see if it has alot of play in it.
