Default o fuel psi then rough idle at startup

Ok i've searched and can't find what i'm looking for. I have no fuel pressure when my truck sits over night or long periods of time. i have heard that the fuel drains back into the tank. how would that be fixed. Fuel pressure regulator? Also when the truck is started for the first time in lets say 24 hours it idles fine like it should to warm up, after about lets say a minute or so you can here the engine change tone idles rough and sounds like it wants to die. After about 20-35 seconds of this idles just fine nice and smooth. i'v only had it happen once in a day and on first start of the day. Any advice would be great, thanks.

I would not worry about fuel pressure after sitting all night. What is it when you turn the key on?

Rough idle is usually attributed to dirty IAC. Disconnect battery negative. Remove IAC from TB and carefully clean it (do not twist or turn the pintle). Also clean the hole out that the IAC fits into. Reinstall, reconnect the battery and see if that helps.

'Tis oxygen sensor and heater core season again... your idle glitch is an (upstream) oxygen sensor, almost certainly. If it's not been changed in the life of the truck, or not within the past 80,000 miles, it's time.
