Default transmission removal video?

I was looking through the threads and came across a transmission rebuild how-to started by someone, then a mod posted a rebuild video that looked extremely beneficial. So that begs the question, is there a video on the removal around that you know of? I spent $440 on seal replacement due to leak, only to have the leak persist. I'm thinking about bringing down the tranny and replacing the tq and pump myself now. I have a garage, 2 jacks, a bunch of tools and sockets (I do construction), and I do my own tune ups. Would this endeavor be something a guy like me can take on? Or is it too complicated for most? Thanks.

PS, I used the search button for "transmission removal video", but no results came up.

It is labor intensive, but not too complicated. Don't know of a video. Takes about 2 hours with transmission jack. One thing I advise is to start by removing crank sensor, as failure to do so will usually result in damaging it.

Do you have the service manual from the FAQ/DIY section here? It will be a great help.

I don't have it just yet, but I did see it and I plan on downloading it to my pc and printing out the sections for that when I'm ready. Thanks for the response. I'll try to see if I can find a tranny jack on CL or something.
