99 Ram1500 tranny issue

Hi,
I have a 99 Ram 1500 w/318. The automatic tranny is shifting from 1st to 3rd. Fluid is good. Granny's shift great other than skipping 2 nd gear. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
