This section is for personal computer (PC) issues, not car computers. I will move you to the 2nd Gen Ram section (1994-2001 Rams).

the best would be a mopar one, and then get a SCT tuner to fix the pcm for better preformance. what is wrong with yours?

I have P0351, "no bus" reading on the odmater, and it stalls out 2. I had a systems check( diegnostis) on the PCM and it was cracked suppositly. I have a California pickup with the emmissons 2, and it is a manual transmission. So Dodge outsourced the PCM for the 2000 model pickup.

Do you live in Cali? If I were you, I'd go to the bone yard and pick on off of a ram. Cali rigs, from what I know, are a little different then the other 49 states. Then, as stated above, do the hemifever SCT tune. There's a company on line that i vaguely remeber Zman mentioning. However, you'd have to ask him. He might have the info you'r lokking for if you wanna go that route.

+1 on the JY PCM. Get one out of something with as close to the same options as your truck, then let the dealer flash it.

And btw, what ALL has been replaced during the troubleshooting procedure for this prob? I think I'd test/replace the ignition coil to start with. And no bus can be crank sensor related.
