I have a 98 Jeep TJ with a swapped in 5.9 and 46RE. I am in the final stages of the swap. I have driven it a few times and worked out some of the bugs. On Friday I wrapped my wire harness and later when I went to start the engine it would not start. I had just replaced the coil a few days ago for no output, so I started there only to find no power this time. I checked the Fuel Pump and it was not working. I had no power to the pump while turning the key on and off. It sounds like a CPS issue. I checked the wires to the CPS and I have 5V to 2 of the wires. This seems strange to me. Any suggestions. Any advise and help will be appreciated.
