how much psi should I run in falken rocky mountain

look at your sidewalls for 2 stampings:
Load Range B, C, D, or E
Max PSI. should be B=35, C=50, D=65, E=70

If they are C or higher, I'd run about 45-55 unless heavily loaded. I think the front end gets skatey feeling with too much pressure.

I have load e tires and run them at 50psi. The last ones I ran at 60 which was recommended by the service manager and they wore in the center too much for my liking. I may even drop to 45psi and see how they feel.

I'm running by E's at 45PSI and they feel, handle, and ride great. I only have a Max Pressure listed on my sidewall; 80PSI.
