Default spark plug ? E3 plugs?

is anyone running the E3 plugs? Are they worth it, any noticable gains from them? What would be recommended for a 2000 ram sport 5.2L and what gap? Also are autolite plug wires good?

I took one for the team and tried E3's for two years with no real difference in mileage from the Champions they replaced, the low end felt like it had a little extra pep but pinged under a load. They are not worth the money, I have been using Autolite 3923's for a few months now and I'm happy with them.

NO! The plenum is ruining your plugs, amongst other things.
