Default 19.5 inch wheels

I came across www.ricksontruck.com where they have 19.5 inch wheels for the 2nd gen dodges. Has anybody tried running the 19.5 wheels so they can use commercial tires. They say the commercial tires have incredible stability and handling, and last 2 to 4 times longer that regular tire, is this true?

Looks like the G622 RSD ULT Goodyear 245/70R19.5 runs about 370 apiece. Ouch!
