Default Need help please 99 seat belts in my 01 are locked

I just did a swap from a 99 electronic seat belt modual seats into my 01' and the seat belts are locked. My power seat buttons all work and the modual is under the center seat. The plugs fit perfect and the only difference is that there is one extra pin coming from the 01 plug. So from the seat side all the pins are charged and have spots. Otherwise I guess I'll need to replace the seatbelt reels with manuals? I can't drive it until fixed so any advice would help. I have seached and seached the internet

Check the wring diagram. I am thinking that you have to get power to that pin to release the lock.

The 99 seats will need power to release. I had seat belt lock up one time and found the connector had come loose.

i don't know the answer, but look at the wiring diagram for your 01 in the service manual in the faq, and see what pin is supposed to have power to release the belts, then verify that power is present. if it comes from the pcm i would expect it to be the same as 98-99, but if it comes from the CTM (central timing module/body module) then you might?? be caught in the standard line/high line difference. i thought?? the high line was for the remote lock, but again i don't know...
