What would tick on start up and disapear when the engine is warm? It also tick when under hard acceleration, maybe a different problem, sound like plenum gasket but I already replaced it. I can hear it good in the driver side wheel well just after startup. Probably something in the valve train or exhaust leak? I will pull the valve cover off sometime soon but what is the best way to find an exhaust leak without removing the manifold?
