oil consumption not plenum help

nope no oil in coolant. engine running at 190*

PIA but inspection will be of great help.Need inspection probe, in each of the cylinders and see if any oil is on top of the piston,which you know is a NO-NO.Other than a teardown for a look and find,as you stated motor was recently re-built and a scraper put on in the wrong slot. Just a thought.............
