I have a 1997 dodge ram 1500 sport 5.9l I replaced the fuel line running from the pump to the line off the fuel rail and i replaced the fuel pump now the truck won't start with out fogging oil or starting fluid and when it dose start the rmp go up and down and it just run poor. Can an one tell me what's wrong

 

Poor running , hard starting , Rpms

 

Was it running fine before you messed with it?

Try cleaning your IAC it should be on the back of your throttle body.

 

Yes it was running like crap befor to but not as bad

 

Well have you checked the fuel pressure?

Also clean the IAC.

 

What dose IAC stand for ?
