Rear Sliding Window Leak
Soooooo I've been chasing down a water leak in my '97 for awhile now. Whenever it rains the passenger side floor gets soaked. Have made up a thick gasket for the 3rd brake light, and went around the whole window with a couple tubes of flowable silicon. Still leaked. Read up that the window slider tracks can get warped over the years, so I readjusted those so that the window isn't flopping around and is forced up against the outer seal as much as possible. Still leaks.
I've pressurized the cabin, sprayed with soapy water and have narrowed it down to the bottom edge of the part line of the 2 sliding windows. I can see a small amount of daylight through it. All the seals look like they are in good shape and i've cleaned them all up with silicon lube. Everytime I soak that area with water the slider channels are wet.
My question is: WTH is my next step? Tried sticking a strip of closed cell foam between the 2 windows at the seal, ended up not being able to latch the window. I've thought of modifying the latch to make it clamp harder but it doesn't seem to want to move much even if i push the two halves together with my hands.
Any ideas on what to do?

Searched a bit more and found this useful vidya:
I didn't realize there were drains in the bottom seal because I have a tonneau cover blocking my line of sight. Anyhow, I pulled back the bottom molding and went through it with a blunt 90 degree bit to extract any crap buildup preventing flow from the inner channel to the outer channel. There wasn't a ton but enough, and the drains didn't seem to be corked.
I then tried a water test on the top of the window and the water was just pissing in filling the slider channels in the interior right up (and overflowing). Water was coming in from the rooftop and this time where the solid window meets the slider. I'll try it again today (as i did this late last night) to verify further where it's coming in, but I am getting really close to just sticking a solid window in the damn thing.

I would hazard to guess it is coming in between the slider and solid glass panes. Mine have never leaked, but that's the only place that I can see would allow enough water in to overflow the drains and run into the cab.
Mine was leaking and dripping everywhere on the inside on the truck when I first bought it. I sealed the brake light with silicone and the whole way around the rear window rubber seal to the body. Water free now
I will add that mine was leaking at the inside top of the window, not at the bottom...
