was you cat exposed to water and mud?
did you try removing the front O2 sensor to relieve pressure? this will create a new CEL code if its disconnected, but it should still run. the objective of the test is to see if it will rev up and run normal.

likely already cracked by running the engine in those conditions...
this thread has fail written all over it... it's ridiculous to see a poster given good information from the start, just to ignore it, and route around their elbow to get to their ****..

I suspect you're right, and there's probably at least one cracked head involved. It's going to be an expensive fix.
