How far can i lift the front of my 98 dodge ram?

its 1998 dodge ram 1500 2wd 5.2l
Currently have: 3" body lift
31's on back and 285/75/16 on front.
Looking for simple way to beef up suspension and a slightly higher lift in front of truck.
