Default 46RE question/problem?

I have a 97 ram with a 318 4x4 transmission and I just bought a transmission that was bolted up to a 360. I know the 360 is externally balanced and that the torque converter is different than the one i have in my 318.

My question is, Can I just swap torque converters and be all set to bolt the newer transmission up and have no issues?

The "new" transmission has a 360 flex plate on it still and it has four small weights, north-south-east-west. I'm waiting on sandy to pass through before I do the swap. but If the flex plate is the same would I be able to just bolt up and be good?
