Default wheel upgrade speedometer

I am curious about changing the size of my tires & wheels away from the skinny things it came with. I have concerns about the speedometer reading correctly. How does one get around messing with accurate speed measurement in this case?

im pretty sure its all by computer, you'd have to go to the stealership. although i think superchips might have a adjuster option for spedo.

aaaaa....Not on these. It is all computerized.

I have been doing some reading and there is a dealer programmable requirement listed for the RWAL controller as well. I believe that I have read that Superchips is the only programmer for PCM that will do this. I know that SCT cannot do this.

'94-'97 only. '98-on uses the ABS tone ring in the rear end for speedo reference.
