so my 99 dodge ram 1500 with a 5.9 is spitting out a p0132 code and is idleing rough and popping under the hood. i have changed both up stream and down stream o2 sensors and i have also changed my idle air control valve and idle positioning sensor i did a full tune up and have checked all my wires for the o2 sensors and they all look good. could a clogged cat. cause this? any ideas on what it could be?

 

i am having the same problem dont think it could be the cat since i'm running mine with out one
