Default 2000 Ram front/rear signal assembly screws

I have a 2000 ram which some.... person... decided would make a good parts store. They have removed both of my front turn signal light assemblies (bulbs also) as well as both of my rear brake/signal/reverse light assemblies. Of course they have taken the screws and for the life of me I cannot find anything which says what type of screws I need. The replacement assemblies fit perfectly, but did not come with the necessary mounting screws.
I've ran across several mentions of a Torx screw used for the rear assemblies, and Philips for the front ones, but nobody seems to know the specifics. I'd rather not purchase dozens of types to try them all out, so... anybody know specifically what I need? Or even something which would work as a replacement?

Thanks in advance.

Just find a flat head phillips or torx head sheet metal screw that fits and will tighten down. I dont think there is anything special about them

Go to your local U Pull It. But as stated, there is nothing special about them. Sort of
