Loud whistle 30mph and above
So I had put in a new security system with remote start and it was working fine but after some time spent organizing the wiring and putting everything back together I tried the remote start again and the engine made a horrible clicking noise for several seconds before the security system stopped trying to start the car. I realized the battery had died so after multiple attempts at jumping the car with a portable jumper I realized my jumper was shot. So I decided to have my neighbor jump it the next morning which again wasn't working, so I just bought a new battery.
Something seemed wrong with the startup with the new battery, cant really explain it, but at the same time my exhaust was putting out a large amount of white exhaust for a couple minutes, then stopped and went back to normal. And now a very loud whistling sound is coming from what sounds like the right side of my truck, possibly in the engine bay, It starts instantly at around 30 mph and seems to get louder as my speed rises. There is no sound at all anywhere under 30 mph though. Did all of those failed jumps and starts possibly mess up my engine?

Maybe the IAC got screwed up. Try cleaning it first, and remove the negative battery cable before doing so. https://dodgeforum.com/forum/dodge-r...n-the-iac.html
