Ram 8 Cyl.

A 94 Ram 9.25" axle can be directly swapped from a V8 to a V6 model, as long as they are from the same "era" of Ram. I think the 94-96 had a different ABS sensor and location, but then the 97-01 are the same, I believe. I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will confirm or dispel this. But I am 80% sure. Simply look at the transplant axle to see if the ABS sensor is on top of the differential. If it is in the same place as your current axle, it's all good.

 

So, i can put rear axle Ram 1500 1997-2001 6 cyl at Ram 1500 8 cyl 1994 and no problem?

 

I think the wheel speed sensors are different on the earlier Rams. But you might be able to just swap the sensors.
