Default radiator and power steering questions.

Okay to start of the power steering was a little low so I topped it off with a little bit of atf4. I started feeling funny because my Durango uses atf4 in the ps so I just guess. Of course I was wrong and it calls for.power steering fluid. It wasnt much maybe an ounce. Should I suction it out and out ps in it or???

Also, in another thread i was having trouble with a tsat, found one and tested it to open at OEM spec. I changed the radiator out because it started leaking so I figured great time to change the tsat. Now it runs crazy low like 140-160 temps, what should I do? Leave it. The tstat works right, I tested it 10 times in a pot of water.

Use to run close to 210f, I put a tstat that opens fully at 195f and changed the radiator. I drove it around for 30 minutes around town, stayed at 150f. Turned if off then it went up. Drove it and went back down.

If the t-stat is undoubtedly good, the only things that you would think is temp sensor or gauge, but thats highly coincidental one of those would act up RIGHT after a t-stat swap. Do you know by chance at what temp the old t-stat opened at?

No, had it in there before. It's laying around the trash so I could try it. I should also mention I'm getting good heat, the top hose is almost to hot to touch while the bottom hose is easy to touch in terms of temp.

So I drove it to work, 26 miles. Temp stayed low, got to work and the radiator cap was not hot. Heater ram great the whole way. I burped the system at a crazy incline and nothing really burped, it would go down and I would fill it.back up and that was all. Could I need a new.radiator cap since its a new rad? Double checked the water pump rotation too, it appears to be turning.correctly. just stumped, I checked that tstat like 10 times and its a stant. What are the odds it did get.stuck or my damn.temp gauge is going stupid. I squeeze the top, bottom and heater core hose and it moves the water.
