Default trany-loss of speed on incline

loss of speed on any incline. trany rebuilt 2 yrs ago,while living in mexico(went into limp-trany light came on-and then stalled out at 65 mph).at the moment it is lossing speed on any incline at every speed.
1. no check eng light
2.no trany temp light
3.fluid clean(no burnt smell or discoloration)any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked your plenum gasket on your intake? Are you losing oil?
