Default 315/75/16 fit on my Ram.

I just got done putting a 5.5 skyjacker lift with dual front shocks and stabilizers. I want to put a 315/75/16 tire with my stock rims. I know the tires are 12.4 wide. I am just worried about when I turn the tire will hit my frame. My rims are 16x7. Thanks.

I think the 315's on stock wheels will rub.

Wait for someone else who has a bit more experience...

First off those tires should not be mounted on a 7" wide rim, more like 8-8.5" wide, if you do put them on yes they will rub the lower control arm.

If you had newer 17s in a 315 70 they fit but cause the offset is different
