Default NV3500 Questions

So I replaced my crank sensor and finally able to drive my truck again. Now I hear excessive bearing noise from my NV3500 trans, mainly input bearing and throwout bearing. My throwout bearing I'm sure is bad(its autozone duralast) but the noise from the input bearing has me confused/worried. It is a brand new bearing so I find it hard that it is bad already but I know it is possible. The noise sounds like the bearing is spinning through water or really thin oil. I am using pennzoil Synchromesh fluid after spending some time to find that it is a certified alternative like Royal purple Synchromax and a few others, then people have used Amsoil HDD oil, and Redline MTL(which I understand is a little thicker than pennzoil). I did check my fluid level and it is good. And now that I have spent the last 6 hours searching forums and google my questions are: Has anyone who used this fluid had any issues like this? Is the Mopar fluid thicker? or any good fluid that may help quiet the trans? I know I'm not going to get the trans to be silent but to me it shouldn't be this loud.

Thanks.

Oh! and the rubber boot is gone so I only have the leather one in the cab and when outside the truck and listening to it drive by people have told me they can't hear any bearing noise so other option is I am just paranoid about this now. Thanks again for the advice and input on this and on my no start deal.

The Pennzoil is fine, mine has 226k on it. Lack of a proper shift boot/insulation can certainly make it seem louder.
