Default Fuel guage stopped working

the other day i filled my truck up and the guage stopped on the "F" instead of going about an 1/8" past like usual. i didn't think anything of it until all week of driving and it didn't move. This morning it was still on the F before i filled the tank and put in 13 Gallons. So Long story short; my guage is always reading Full.

I printed off some testing procedures but have not had time yet to do the testing. The first step says to unplug the fuel level sending unit plug and the guage should drop all the way to E. Where is Fuel level sending unit plug?

According to the manual, it's located on the side of the fuel pump module which is located on top of the fuel tank.

Download the Factory Service Manual and save it to your hard drive, you got a Dodge, you're gonna need it.
