For anyone that finds this thread in the future, my issue was fixed by purchasing a new governor pressure solenoid and governor pressure sensor. New ATF obviously and a couple gaskets and my truck is shifting great. Thanks for your help.

Nice!

For that rip in the seat, I used a needle and fishing line to stitch mine up. Free, can barely tell, and it keeps it from ripping more.
