Default running with pcm failure?

The truck gave 2 codes

p0601 -- PCM Internal Ctrller Failure

p0123 -- Throttle Pos Sens Voltage Hi

My first question is what will happen if i continue to run the truck having been given these 2 codes?

2nd is, are these codes related to 1 single problem?

3rd is, how do I fix it?

Default

does it run?
does it have any actual problems?
if it runs, its not going to hurt it any more to run it.

P0123 is a shorted out TPS, which should cause it to not idle. you can replace it from any parts store for about $40-50.

if you have an actual problem, you can get a junkyard pcm, or a refurb for 100-200-250 bucks. avoid auto computer exchange (ACE or something like that, they seem to have a bad reputation)
