I would think it would work, but might not be a direct bolt on so to say because of the different trannys between those years. Some people just pull it off and dont even use it, so thats always an option.

I would ask this in the diesel section of this forum or on another cummins forum...this is more of a gas job section.

At least you have an idea of whats goin on. I havent a clue if its a radiator, tranny cooler, PS cooler, or what. Theyre all a heat exchanger of some sort.
