Default 2 inch spacer questions

hey everyone. I've got 2 inch spacers on my coils up front, had them there for around 7 years. I've always had a slight vibration while at highway speeds but I just assumed it was tires being out of balance slightly so I never worried about it that much. I got to thinking today, can adding those spacers up front be the root cause? I can't remember if that all started after they were put in. Do those put any stress on the steering components or track bar? Maybe it's wearing them out before their time and they are causing the vibration. Tire rotation doesn't yield new results. I'm sure those parts will need replaced soon anyways.

By putting in the spacers it changes the steering geometry slightly and can put some extra strain on some components. The vibration could be caused by something being loose. (Ball joint tie rod, ect.) so check the front end out. The vibration could also be a tire out of balance by .5 oz or more. I'd start by checking the front end cause that's free lol. Then go to wherever you had the tires put on because they sometimes have a free balance for the life of the tire and have them balanced.

Otherwise your source could be the spacers but I don't think I've heard of anyone else including me ever having vibration problems caused by just spacers.

The track bar in the 3/4 and 1 ton wasn't that great to begin with.
