will these work with 16 inch rim
I am wanting to get lift spindles but dont want to run 17 inch rims with 33's. I want to have 16x8 inch rims with 4.25 back spacing. I want to use these spindles off ebay...

Am i able to use 16 inch rims, it says I cant, but i wanna know if anyone else has tried.
and if someone could do me a solid and measure the length of their stock spindle on a 2wd 1500 from top to bottom. I wanna know the height. I am building a custom kit for my Dakota and I wanna know the size difference between my spindles and the 1500 spindles.

Since it states 17's or larger, I would assume that 17's are needed. Or after install, do some measuring or trial and error to see if 16's would fit. They probably would but would need some serious offset to push the wheel away for clearance.
