So we can agree on:
Plenum plate and attachment bolts.
Fel-pro gasket set.
Standard intake hold down bolts.
Gates by-pass hose.

I'm not looking to make money off the extra parts in the kit but the extra parts will add to the shipping costs.
I considered the Dorman kit when I first came out with the plate and listened to several people voice serious concerns about the quality. This is why I didn't do it in the first place even though they offer a lot in their kit, just not something I want to associate with, I sell a quality plate and want that to reflect my name.

Shipping is my main concern in adding to the plate, added weight and packaging, possibly having to purchase boxes to ship more items yet keep shipping costs down and not transfer the cost to the consumer. I want to keep offering a quality plate and a rock bottom price.

i don't know how much it costs to ship the Hughes kit in the US but to ship one up here to Canada is $24 so if i was to order a hughes kit i would have have paid at least $144 by the time it gets to my door. i would guess if you were to offer a kit or extra's that you could order with the pan you would still save money. i know i thought about ordering the doorman kit just because it came with the intake bolts and the fel pro ones are $25.

just for comparison, this is the Dorman kit. it looks like bolts, gaskets, tstat, hose, but not the aluminum plate.
not - aluminum plate not included.
and i'm sure the gaskets are not as good as felpro. nor the t-stat as good as a $12-15 Stant.

I would be interested in the whole kit down the road if you sell it. I never replaced mine because i never knew much about the "plenum fix." A lot of people like buying complete kits so they don't have to go elsewhere to get other pieces. Atleast i do.

Make sure the plen bolts are shorter than stock. I had that problem when i replaced the one on my 5.9. Eliminate every possibility of it blowing again. Then you can call it "the bullet proof kit"

They are, plus with the additional thickness of the plate it is all good.

price ?

ya. no aluminum plate but i comes with everything you need to do the install. i was thinking about buying one because it came with new intake manifold bolts and only cost $29 when as the felpro intake manifold bolts are $26. i know i could probably chance re using the best of the 2 sets of intake bolts i would have but if new bolts were cheap enough i would rather replace them but $26 is not cheap plus another $16 for gaskets.

I for one did not like the look of the Chinese Intake gaskets on the Doorman set that I ordered when I did my plenum, I did use the other items excluding the thermostat since I put in a 180, other opinions may vary but I am picky and ended up with a Felpro set of Intake gaskets to do the job. I am curious to see what others think who have bought the kit.

It might be against the rules on DF but a link to your product would be good too.
