i have a 98 ram 1500 with a 4" lift. every time i turn my front end makes a loud squeaking noise. I'm pretty sure its not the power steering pump. i'v cheaked all the front end stuff and it all seems tight. I dont have a clue to what it could be????? so if you have any suggestions i would appreciate the help.

first guess would be dry, worn out ball joints.
jack up front tire a couple of inches and pry under it sideways with pipe or prybar. look for movement in upper and lower balljoint.

also check your track bar. its probably worn out too. get the moog replacement from rockauto.

put it up on jackstands for a thorough check. have a helper turn the wheel while you inspect everything.
