Unhappy Transmission codes.. P0743 P0753 And P1389

Ok so today i started my dodge up to go to work (1996 5.9 magnum 2wd single cab ) it felt as if it was slipping / or torque converter locked up as it does at 45-50 mph range, i attempted to down shift to first gear manually and nothing changed, felt as if i was stuck in 2nd gear but would shift 2/3/od , some would say i guess limp mode?
so when i got home i scanned it and found these following codes,
before i first cleared it i had
all these
P1389
P0743
P0753
After driving it around alot once i cleared the codes these invidually appeared
P0743 again but nothing else, i cleared it drove again, and got
P0753 for several more times and have not got any other codes together .
when i clear the codes, truck drives / shifts perfect, but is varys alot , happens quick and sometimes after 20 miles. just depends i guess

I did a some research, i swapped my ac relay to my trans relay to see if they would fix the issue, nothing changed, I also searched that the solenoids could be bad and the PCM could be bad,
but at this point
i paid 1200 for the truck, and i have regulary changed all the fluids and never had an issue untill today and i really don't have alot of money to throw at parts, so if anyone could help me along with the testing of the pins or anything of that sort to point me in the direction of whats the real culprit it would be greatly greatly appearciated

Within the last two days, there was a transmission post with a LONG, nearly exhasutive text with troubleshooting the same problems.

And it is NOT a bad PCM.
