Question about rear disc conversion
So I picked up some new axles and in the process of cleaning them up and replacing brakes and seals ect. So I picked up a Dana 60 and 70. It appears the Dana 70 has a disc conversion. I don't know where I can get replacement parts. I know from searching that the calipers are most likely from a 77 Cadillac but don't know what pads and rotors 2 use. Any help would be great cause I need brakes haha.

Did you by chance verify the axle with the BOM number?
I can't tell from your first picture 100%, but I'm sure you're right. Indeed someone took the drum version and converted it. A relatively common thing to do. Good of you to provide the part numbers for people. Possibly edit your first post to contain all the information since it seems you got it wrapped.
Here is some info that might be useful considering the thread title that people will likely come across are pictures of Dodge Dana70U with disks. It came out of a 01 2500 Diesel (i think). I believe I got pics of the part numbers.

I'm no where close to the progress you are....but it's a moving you know!??!
Btw, on another thread....what are you doing (if anything) about the prop valve? From some recent reading I'm thinking that the rear is taken care of by the block on the axle. The one that feeds input and then goes to both sides and it includes the axle breather. Like shown on this picture of the 9.25" (which is no different looking from the outside). This block itself acts as a prop valve....am I right?
