Default 99 ram question

Hey everyone, first of all I'm new to the forum. My dad called me and his friend with a 99 ram went out to roll his windows up and got sidetracked and left the key turned to the on position for 15+ hours. The truck did start right up but the check engine, abs and brake light stays on. Disconnected the battery but they came back on. Dealer scanned the computer but found nothing. Any advice?

Disconnect the battery and charge it up for about 6 to 8 hours. Then reconnect and try it again.

^^ this, or try disconnecting the battery again and flicking the headlight switch on for 10 secs...this resets the computer to factory defaults and the lights should go off
