Default Transmission Cooler Lines

Ok,

So I have a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 that's been sitting in my garage for two days now. The tranny cooler lines were rusted out and needed to be replaced.

I've gotten the lines themselves out, minus the rubber hoses at the end that attaches to the radiator. What exactly do I need to do to get these hoses off?

Also, I bought some pre-bent lines that now need to go in. What's the best way to actually get these things in the truck in the same routing the old ones came out? I've tried to get both the supply and return lines in, only to get stuck on the steering components about halfway in.

Any help is appreciated!

They will go in . You have to play with different angles and such and maybe bending slightly here and there, then return to original angles.
