Default Alternator not charging.

I'm having trouble with my alternator on my 2001 Ram 2500 Cummins. I took it out and completely tore it down looking for issues and found non that I can see. The problem is intermittent though it rarely works and usually only for a minute or so after I start it up.

I'm fairly good with electronics and uppon taking it apart the only thing in the alternator that could be broken is the transistor that controls the charging. Though I doubt that is the case since power transistors tend to just go in a dramatic fashion.

I am wondering what area I can look at next. I've gotten the following trouble codes (the list since shortened from double the length when it went due to the battery slowly draining as I drove home. Luckily making it 50' from my door before it stalled out)
1693
0252
1698
0562
0230
0382
0380
0215

I'd appreciate any help though this is getting to something I may need to bring it in for if it's a damaged computer or whatnot.

Thanks,
Will

Well, all of them have to do with sensors not getting juice. (go figure)

But 1693 is "A companion DTC detected in PCM and ECM".

Weird.

Other than that, I can't tell ye much.

The voltage regulator is built into the PCM, (awesome design, huh?). Make sure you check and clean all the cables, (pos and neg) that you can find, before spending any cash.
